Netflix released several new series in 2019 across various genres such as drama, comedy, thriller, and sci-fi. Some popular new series from that year include "The Witcher," "The Umbrella Academy," "Russian Doll," "Mindhunter" season 2, and "The Politician." These series received positive reviews from both critics and audiences, further solidifying Netflix's position as a leading streaming platform for original content. Viewers were excited to binge-watch these new series and eagerly anticipate more releases in the future. **

Some Netflix series and movies that focus on character development include "Stranger Things," where we see the growth and evolution of the main characters as they navigate various challenges; "The Crown," which delves deep into the personal lives and struggles of the British royal family; and "The Queen's Gambit," which follows the journey of a young chess prodigy as she grapples with personal demons and strives for success in a male-dominated world. These shows and movies offer rich character arcs that keep viewers engaged and invested in the characters' journeys. **

I recommend checking out the new Netflix series "The Chair." It's a comedy-drama that follows the challenges and mishaps of the first female chair of the English department at a prestigious university. With a talented cast led by Sandra Oh and a witty script, "The Chair" offers a fresh and entertaining take on academia and workplace dynamics. Whether you're a fan of comedy or drama, this series is worth adding to your watchlist. **

Urban design is more closely related to city planning than urban development. City planning focuses on the organization and development of urban areas, including land use, infrastructure, and public spaces, which are all key components of urban design. Urban development, on the other hand, typically refers to the physical construction and economic growth within urban areas, which is influenced by urban design and city planning decisions. Therefore, while urban design is related to both city planning and urban development, it is more aligned with the principles and goals of city planning. **

Geography influences urban development in several ways. The natural landscape, such as mountains, rivers, and coastlines, can shape the layout and expansion of cities. For example, cities may develop along rivers for access to water and transportation, or be constrained by mountains, leading to more compact development. Additionally, climate and natural resources can impact the types of industries and economic activities that thrive in a city, further shaping its development. Finally, the availability of land for expansion and the potential for natural disasters can also influence urban planning and development. **

Netflix has implemented a new regulation that requires all employees working in its offices to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This decision was made in response to the rising number of cases and the spread of the Delta variant. The company aims to prioritize the health and safety of its employees and create a safe working environment. Employees who are unable to be vaccinated due to medical or religious reasons will be accommodated accordingly. **

As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, there are new Boruto episodes available on Netflix. However, availability may vary by region and the content library is regularly updated, so it's best to check the current offerings on Netflix in your specific location. **

I'm sorry, but I don't have access to real-time information about specific content on Netflix. I recommend checking the "New Releases" section on the Netflix website or app for the most up-to-date information on new episodes and shows. **
