If both the Chancellor and Vice Chancellor die, there are typically established protocols in place to ensure continuity of leadership within the organization. Depending on the organization's structure and governing documents, there may be designated successors or interim leaders who would step in to fulfill the roles of Chancellor and Vice Chancellor until permanent replacements can be appointed. It is important for organizations to have succession plans in place to address such scenarios and ensure the smooth functioning of the institution. **

If Jörg Meuthen were Germany's new Chancellor, it would likely signal a significant shift to the right in German politics. Meuthen is a prominent figure in the right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, which has been known for its anti-immigrant and Eurosceptic stance. His leadership could lead to more hardline policies on immigration, national identity, and the European Union. It could also potentially strain Germany's relationships with its European neighbors and the international community. **

Instead, there is typically a process for electing a new chancellor, which may involve the university's board of trustees or other governing body. The vice chancellor may be a candidate for the position, but they would need to go through the formal election process to officially become the new chancellor. **

The new Chancellor of Germany will be elected after the federal elections, which are scheduled to take place on September 26, 2021. Following the elections, the winning party or coalition will nominate a candidate for Chancellor, who will then need to be approved by the Bundestag (German parliament). This process may take several weeks, and the new Chancellor is expected to take office by the end of the year. **

It is subjective to determine which Chancellor was better as each had their own strengths and weaknesses. However, many would argue that Angela Merkel was a more successful Chancellor due to her long tenure, steady leadership during times of crisis, and ability to navigate complex political landscapes. On the other hand, Helmut Kohl is also highly regarded for his role in German reunification and his contributions to European integration. Ultimately, the assessment of who was better depends on individual perspectives and priorities. **

No, animals cannot become Chancellor as the position of Chancellor is typically held by a human being. The role of Chancellor involves making important decisions and representing the interests of a university or government institution, which requires a level of understanding and communication that animals do not possess. While animals can hold symbolic positions or titles in some organizations, they do not have the capacity to fulfill the duties of a Chancellor. **
